We available between 8 am and 9 pm to receive phone calls for support and assistance.
Please be advised that our latest check-in time is at 8:00 pm to ensure that our Guest Management Team can assist with any queries as the office closing time is at 10:00 pm. If you do check in after 10:00 pm, unfortunately, our Guest Management Team will be unable to assist and we would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions.
Should you wish to extend your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us before 4 PM the day before your departure date to avoid a late extension request charge of £50.

Unfortunately, we do not offer parking space, but there is street parking
This is a lower ground floor apartment with small number of stairs, therefore guests will need to go down a flight of stairs to access the apartment. The apartment is ideal for two couples or for a family, it has been recently refurbished in 2023 with a brand new bathrooms.
Additional bedding is available but incurs in additional costs. We have a sofa bed in the living room, that can accommodate up to two additional people.

ALL bookings are required to pay a £300 security deposit prior to check in. Upon checking out this will be refunded to you providing no damage is caused to the property.

3. You agree you will not contact your airbnb host without checking your airguide for information you may require
4. NO unregistered guests allowed (There should not be more than the maximum people confirmed on booking in or on the property at ANY time and this could lead to the removal of ALL guests without refund)

7. NO loud noise or music after 11pm (guests will be removed)
8. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of £20
