Additional Rules
We Kindly ask you to please read our house rules carefully at the time of booking and during your stay. You will be sent an link to complete your pre arrival information. This is a secure link provided by HostAway, as the link will serve as your digital guide to access the property.
ALL bookings are required to pay a £300 security deposit prior to check in. Upon checking out this will be refunded to you providing no damage is caused to the property.
1. NO parties or events allowed
2. NO smoking allowed
3. You agree you will not contact your airbnb host without checking your airguide for information you may require
4. NO unregistered guests allowed (There should not be more than the maximum people confirmed on booking in or on the property at ANY time and this could lead to the removal of ALL guests without refund)
5. NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms
7. NO loud noise or music after 11pm (guests will be removed)
8. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of £20
9. Any damages to furniture or furnishings, will be deducted from security deposit. If damage exceeds security deposit a complaint will be made to airbnb
10. DO NOT rearrange furniture
11. Please wash up your dishes or place in dishwasher (if property has one)
12. Take your rubbish out when you leave
13. NO drugs or illegal substances on premises
14. Security deposits will be taken on booking confirmation and refunded within 7 days
15. Government-issued ID and a selfie of the lead guest are required through the secure pre-check-in link.
16. There is a £150 fee for unauthorized late check out after 10.30am (unless agreed in advance)
17. There will be charges for any additional cleaning required (excess mess)
18. Unauthorised access to the supplies cupboard, which is clearly restricted in our house rules, will incur a charge of £20.00 for non-compliance.
