We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel before this period you will receive 100% of your booking back. If the country you are visiting is under national lockdown then you will receive 100% of your booking back. If the country you are travelling from has the country you are staying in on a no go list then you will receive 100% of your booking back

You need to be over 18 in order to book with us, however, guests staying with you can be under 18 as long as there is a supervising adult or carer.

4pm for Check In and 10am for Check Out. We can arrange early Check ins and later Check Outs subject to availability, please contact our team and they would be happy to look into this for you.

Our standard amenities include fully furnished living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, WiFi, laundry facilities, travel cots and housekeeping services (additional costs). We are also pet friendly and welcome your furry friends.

At Stress Free Stays, we offer a seamless self-check-in service. Once guests complete their pre-arrival information, they are granted access to our comprehensive digital guide. This guide provides all the essential details for a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

Pet policies vary by accommodation. Some places are pet-friendly, while others do not allow pets. Check the specific policy of the accommodation you are considering.

At Stress Free Stays, our minimum stay is one (1) night, but we also welcome guests who wish to stay longer. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended retreat, we’re here to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Safety and Security

We install smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and place fire extinguishers and a first aid kit in the kitchens. We also have CCTV cameras outside our properties for guest safety
