➝The keys are in a lockbox on location. We will send instructions on the day of your arrival.

We available between 8 am and 7 pm to receive phone calls for support and assistance.

Please be advised that our latest check-in time is at 8:00 pm to ensure that our Guest Management Team can assist with any queries as the office closing time is at 10:00 pm. If you do check in after 10:00 pm, unfortunately, our Guest Management Team will be unable to assist and we would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions.

Should you wish to extend your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us before 4 PM the day before your departure date to avoid a late extension request charge of £50.

This is a 1 bedroom house with small number of stairs, therefore guests will need to go up and down a flight of stairs to access the kitchen and bedroom. The house is ideal for a couples or for a family, it has been recently decorated and newly styled in June 2024.

Additional bedding is available but incurs in additional costs. We have a sofa bed in the living room, that can accommodate up to two additional people.
